Feng Gooi

Feng is from he beautiful tropical country of Malaysia. He currently works in the mental health field but has always maintained a passion for painting and creating works of art throughout his life.

‘To me the beauty of art is the beauty of creation. The knowledge that you’ve made something beautiful out of what was once a blank white canvas is an incredibly fulfilling and astounding feeling. I also frequently paint landscape of all the amazing places I’ve visited and the process of turning those images into paintings, capturing the mood, colours and atmosphere of the place, often cements them in my mind.’
